Pet Policy

As UVM affiliate residential housing, all requests for an emotional support or service animal are coordinated by UVM Student Accessibility Services. If you have received an accommodation by the university, we welcome your companion - furry, scaly, or otherwise - to join you at the Lofts.

Once you have received an accommodation from UVM they will need to notify us of your approval, and we will provide you with an addendum to your lease to complete.
